Hope for Women and Children is a Non-Profit, non-governmental organization committed to improving the lives of vulnerable women and children by promoting their dignity, rights, and resilience. The organization works at the grassroots level to address protection challenges, expand access to quality education, and support skills and livelihood development, while strengthening community capacity to drive sustainable change. Through inclusive, rightsbased, and communityled approaches, Hope for Women and Children seeks to create safe, equitable, and empowered communities where women and children can thrive and contribute meaningfully to social and economic development. The Need

Women and children in rural communities across Moyamaba District face persistent challenges including poverty, limited access to education, gender-based violence, child neglect, and weak livelihood opportunities. These challenges are intensified by limited social services and economic instability, leaving many families unable to meet basic needs or protect their rights.
